FNB Temp Loans a Disgrace

So it has been going for 2 months now and FNB fail to update my Compuscan credit report reflecting that I still owe money on an old Temp Loan from 2018 which was settled and paid in 2018 you made active. Emails has been going back and forth yet still no progress. No feedback from Temp Loans department. Thank you FNB for messing up my credit rating.
