FNB temp loans

I have been a client of FNB for many years. Beginning of May they offered me a temporary loan of 7k of which I took only 5k, this was repaid within two weeks. Then I tried to apply for another and was declined on my online banking, I was however offered one on my telephone banking of R 1300 which is very low, and also my income that they reflect on this is not at all what I am earning. As I bank with FNB surely they must know and can see what my monthly income is? So I left it and didn't take out the temporary loan of R 1300. Today I tried again and now the offer is totally gone? Not sure how the system works, but surely this is flawed? How can I qualify for 7k and then nothing on the next?
