FNB Temp Loan settlement

On the 28th of February 2018 I logged into banking and send an instant chat message to my team of bankers and requested a paid up letter for the temporary loan that was just paid up. I was told by Bongiwe Mosiane : " we dont have an option available for paid up letters on temp loan , we can only send you a transaction hisotory list that has the temp loan payment entry". I then said it fine I can do that myself but it doesn't prove the loan is paid up. Today I logged in again and requested that my affordability information be updated as this temp loan is still showing as payment due to fnb on my affordability calculator and was told by Bongie Ntiwane to request a paid up letter from FNB temp loan department ?

its now 3 days later from when I asked for one and was told there is no option for that but now im told to ask for one ?

I just need my affordability to be updated as this payment is no longer due to fnb it has been received on 27 February 2018 this is all I want. So again I have a team of bankers to assist but no one can !
