FNB TEMP LOAN SERVICE - SHOCKING

I took out a temp loan in April and had some trouble paying it back, however whenever I could , I did leave money in my account to pay towards the loan.

Now i do know that this is an automatic thing whereby you are debited as soon as money comes in, but in saying that does FNB not consider you paying back the loan within the designated 31 days as a sign of you struggling to pay back the money and call you to find out what is happening and offer you a repayment solution?

The reason I ask this is because its still a week to pay day and money was paid into my account this morning which i intended to use until pay day and then the remainder would be paid back to FNB. However as soon as the money came in , it was debited by fnb for the temp loan.

So my question here is what am is supposed to do from how until next week?

I need a solution, and that solution was quickly grabbed by FNB and has now left me in a state of panic with regard to my financial situation.

FNB i need a solution from you and i need one as in yesterday!

I am not happy at all and have also seen numerous other complaints regarding the temp loans that are on offer. You need to either improve this service or take it away completely. There should be no in between or grey area!
