FNB TEMP LOAN SAGA

I took a temporary loan from this bank on the 28th of June 2018, the following day there was money that was deposited in my account, knowing that in every deposit i will have the temp loan will deduct, i presumed it did and even made a follow up with a call on the 29th of June 2018 to make sure that the money was deducted the consulted verified that it was deducted.

To my surprise midnight today there was a deposit made on my account than i get an sms that the bank has deducted for its temp loan.

Now i do not know who is fooling who now, because i had though that the money was paid back and was told by the consultant that it was deducted, I want my money back in my account as it is not my fault that the consultants did not do their job.

Please reply ASAP i need that money urgently, I am not at fault here, you can even check on your call records if you have to!
