FNB Temp Loan Paid In Full

I took out a temp loan last year. It was paid in full on 04-11-2019. FNB issued a paid up letter to me. But on Experian the same loan is in arrears on R4441. I have tried to engage FNB Complaints and received a message that my issue has been resolved. But to my surprise all major bereaus are showing negative information. Its been over a year since this account was paid on full.
