FNB Temp Loan Nightmare
I am supposed to be an FNB Private Wealth customer which implies I am served differently given the fees I pay per month. I have recently utilised the FNB Temporary Loan and paid it off on the 20th of November 2019, however the loan is still stuck on both Transunion and Compuscan.
I followed up with my banker who I have never met and she told me this has to be resolved by the Temporary Loans department. So much for Private Banking
