FNB Temp Loan Facility availibilty a joke for PRIVATE BANKING client

I have used the Temporary Loan Facility quite often in the past and all of a sudden it just was not granted. The answer I got from my private banker was simply that it is a system generated facility which i think is absolute nonsense. A system is created by a human being so it can be overridden.

As a private banking client i pay way more bank fees than most of their clients. This is unacceptable. When you really in need of something which has come in handy in the past especially if you pay that amount of fees to be able to use something like this then it should be available when you need it.

Can someone of FNB answer with something other than SYSTEM GENERATED please?
