FNB Temp Loan

I repaid my temporary loan on 20 April 2023 yet it still reflects on the bureau. I have contacted FNB on numerous occassions and was provided with a paid up letter and was told it would be removed. Seeing that it's still reflecting, I contacted the bureau directly and again was told it would be removed. It's October 2023 and I honestly don't know who to contact anymore.
