FNB Temp loan error

I recently wanted to make use of the temp loan option on my banking app and I used half the amount that I was pre approved for, but every time I tried to make the loan, an error comes up on the phone saying - System currently unavailable and after no luck I tried the ATM - the system just kicks me out at the very last steps. I've quite a few times throughout the week.
