FNB temp loan devision is useless

Worst experience I have had, My wife took out temp loan with them few years ago and last year in April we paid the temp loan in full. We received confirmation that its paid up. Today we tried to apply for credit card for her with different bank but got declined due to temp loan that still open. On their system it shows as paid up in full but still not closed. We have called serveral times thoughout the year and each time we were told that its been resolve. I never seen such much of amaturs in banking industry. I work in banking sector and will not allow these type of reclessness.

There dont care about the clients and impact they have on their financial welness, They didnt do decend credit check before approving any loans to us. FNB should be ashamed
