FNB Temp Loan Department Non-existent

It has been a month since I paid my FNB Temp Loan and somehow it still reflects as in arrears at the Credit Bureau. I have tried to escalate with my banker who referred me to FNB Personal Loans. The consultant told me they don't deal with Temp Loans and referred me back to Private Wealth suite. The consultant at PW Suite then took my complaint and gave me an 0861 number which is not in service. I wonder if anyone at FNB actually knows how to help me.

This is a follow up complaint from my initial complaint that was not resolved. Can I please find a resolution.

I just want my credit bureau records update. For crying out loud, it has been a month already.
