FNB Temp Loan

I am extremely disappointed at the very poor service I have received from the FNB Temporary loans contact centre. I have been calling countless times trying to get my paid up Temporary loan account to be cleared, closed and removed from my credit profile. I have received no assistance with the matter. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed by this appalling level of service!
