FNB Temp loan

FNB useless take a temp loan on 26/09/2023 of R200. They take amount of R178.15 on 27/09/2023. I have sighing rights on my husbands account but they cant help me at all. Take our money paid in for fuel now nothing will happen I am so disgusted was through to 3 different centers and nothing. Thank you for nothing
