FNB TEMP LOAN

I had a temp loan with fnb in 2020 September and paid off. But it still shows active on my itc, I've send emails and called them and they promise to fix it till today. It affects my score as it shows that I am paying 2500 some odd monthly as a loan of witch its like that. Fnb temp loan dept they said they have tried to send paid up letter to itc and now it's out of their hands.

My question is how did they wrote when they send my info of this temp loan to itc that makes it so difficult to be corrected as other temp loans that I did after I do not experience the same problem as this one?

Consultant from one of their branch advice me to write to Hello Peter or to go to Ambudsmen.
