Fnb Tembisa branch are very unprofessional

On the 30th of October, I deposited 1010 At the fnb atm in Tembisa. After the transaction, I never got the receipt. I went into the branch to inquire, I was told the money would be sent to the recipient that following Monday. Which didn't happen.

I have been following up with the branch consultants only to be taken up and down with no clear indication and resolution. I was told the manager is not around.

This is frustrating,

I need assistance with this issue.
