FNB Tellers are clueless

FNB customer service is terrible. Trying to exchange currency has proven challenging for internal staff. Unfortunately, I have again experienced FNB staff that don't know their products and processes. Was sent from FNB Killarney to 4 Merchant Branch, to be told that the info I was provided at Killarney was completely incorrect. So next time you provided with info from Tellers, be very careful. Maybe that's why they are called Tellers
