FNB TELEPHONE STAFF IS USELESS
FNB Staff has no idea what each department does when transferring calls. The avg transfer rate is 4-5... EVERY TIME

Some staff say they cant transfer me to their managers.
Some staff transfer you to a black hole.
OTHER ISSUES
FNB Account Transaction history is useless.
Transactions either do not show or only show after a few days.
How hard is it to show me a list of money how and when it went out of my account.
Someone phoned me and explained that "this is how the system works" where i explain "no this is how it should work" and then my ticket was closed.
Please resolve this. FNB is REALLY LOSING IT...
