FNB telephone lines totally dysfunctional

We were interested in finding out details and possibly making an offer to FNB on a property held by FNB after an unsuccessful Sale in Execution. I spent a hour trying to get through to Sales (apparently the correct dept). No-one answers any of the menu options. I was given a direct number for a person in Sales, the number does not work. At Complaints FNB, the person tried to give me the number for Sales Accounts (not Sales Properties) after I carefully explained to her what I needed, then when I corrected her, left me hanging while she "tried" to get the correct number, eventually after 30 minutes I gave up. Short story, if you want to make an offer on an FNB property, you will get nowhere in 1 and a half hours, no numbers except Homeloans and Complaints are answered, of the numbers you are given by them, none are answered including all menu options, and Complaints will be unable to give you a working number for Sale - Properties.
