FNB Technology sucks

I changed my number at the branch but sad reality is that my app is still sending OTP to my old number. am I safe? yesterday a gentleman (if he deserve to be called that) didn't even assist me, only sad I need to go and change on the ATM without checking if i do have debit card. sad to be part of FNB
