FNB TAX FREE INVESTMENT

I put a notice to withdraw on my tax free investment it was supposed to be payed out on Thursday on 14 October 2021 but it wasn't because it exceeded the limit of the account I requested that it be transferred to my cheque account and I was told it will be available on Saturday, Saturday comes still no funds in my account I called and was reassured that Monday ill have my money, today is Monday still no funds when I called I was told the matter was escalated, requested to speak to the person it was escalated to they refused, been trying to call and no one is answering or taking my calls anymore if the they do answer they just keep quite and hang up. This is the worst service I have ever received in my life wouldn't advise anyone to invest at FNB sadly I still don't have my money even now.
