FNB Tap to Pay option IT IS A JOKE
Tap to Pay not working after 2 weeks of back and forth with FNB someone finally admits that there is a problem with the tap and pay option and they don't know when they will fix it so there is no turnaround time. How can a whole FNB not know when this matter will be resolved? This is such an inconvenience because majority of shops don't have a scan to pay/ QR code option. What is more frustrating is that to qualify for ebucks you need 80% of your spending to be via your virtual card... FNB is really unreasonable and for your consultants to admit that they are aware of the issue.. why is FNB not communicating the issue to us .. I've been stranded twice because I didn't have my bank card and my tap to pay option is dysfunctional.
