FNB Tap to Pay not working - again

FNB Tap to Pay on their app is on the blink again. This time it is refusing to allow my wife to make a Tap to Pay payment. The error message and remedy given are indecipherable. Calling the call centre will just result in case being logged with 3-5 working days turnaround. In the meantime I am unable to earn ebucks points using Tap to Pay.
