FNB tap to pay not working

I am having an issue where I am unable to use tap to pay with FNB. From last month I am unable to use this. I have phoned FNB and was told I would be informed if there were any issues and have not got feedback. I went to the branch in Pavilion and was told they would lodge a query as well and no feedback till this date. This would be the second month now where I would lose out 1000 points because the tap to pay is not working. I have two devices and both have the latest FNB banking app. Some assistance will really be appreciated
