FNB tap & Go easy ****** money

Long story short. Gf's car and valuables was ****** including her fnb card. Within 4 hours they have ****** more than R10 000 with the tap and go ****. They use the instant money transfer from spar, pick&pay etc and collecting the money from their other cellphones and maxing the card limit.

FNB solution is just report it and go to the bank to renew the card. Not even mentioning of reimbursing the amount the ******* stole. Question is....How much will you lose financially for the price of convenience.
