FNB tap and Go pin removed

I have tap and go on my premier cheque account and no matter the amount on my account I would always put in a pin and now suddenly not anymore I am really not happy about this if my card gets cloned or ****** I am *****ed as my pin is not needed anymore what service is this????? I am considering taking my business with you guys to another bank as this is absurd on your part I am fed up with this whole thing and also having bankers at my disposal to assist me yet cant assist me with this problem is not right
