FNB taking unauthorised fees again...

Hello FNB, just trying to understand how you can think it's acceptable to take ZAR 670.72 (7%) of this transaction in banking fees? R020HC34A0 ASSOCIATED FOREIGN EXCHANGE, INWARD SWIFT 0.00 8,829.28 ZAR. You still owe me some fees for taking money out of my debit account which I did not have (ZERO BALANCE) but also did not want you to take out as I did not have the money in the account. Then you want to charge me a fee to say you were so great by allowing a transation on an account that did not have any money in it? Sounds very ********* indeed. Please return my fees. Thank you.
