FNB taking too long
I made an application for a credit limit increase on my FNB credit card on the 4th of March 2015. I sent the relevant documents that were requested and the additional supporting documents that where requested. afterwards. After sending more documents that were needed, I followed up last week and was told 3 to 5 days it would be finalised.

I still waiting for feedback on my limit increase application. I believe this turn around time is really appalling and need FNB to respond promptly.
