FNB taking their sweet time to do nothing

I've app**** for a credit card in FNB. The day before yesterday in the morning I receive an email to say I must send my latest payslip to ********** so which I did. My email kept returning. Eventually the day before yesterday after 4pm or 3pm, I can't remember, I phoned in an then I was told the email address was wrong. Really now, so who in their right mind sends the incorrect email address to waste my time? Seriously. So then afterwards I email my payslip to the correct email address. Yesterday morning I phone again and I was told my application has been escalated to fullfilment or something in that line.

Look I don't know what the steps are, but I have app**** for a credit card account last week. It's now going on a week. You're wasting my time, I just feel I'm getting more service out of FNB than Nedbank, I have direct emails addressed for people that do assist me i.e. when I left FNB after a misundestanding with one of your fullfillment specialists, one person persuaded me to stay and I now have the opportunity to email my concerns, however he can't get the credit card issue resolved as it's not in his division. I want to move over the FNB but not before this is resolved. I have said it before that I bank with Nedbank but I don't want to. I get R42k+ monthly and have a good credit record. The reason I don't have one of the best records is because I never believed in debt and I don't have have longstanding credit accounts. The longest account I have had is my car insurance that I've had for 2 years. I've never missed a payment, I've never been listed nor have I received any judgements and I view my credit record on transunion every morning to make sure I stay in the green. I recently bought a car via vehicle finance for R117k (apparently this will boost my credit record as well according to transunion) through Nedbank because at the time FNB were dragging their feet and couldn't get me to move my salary over to them. I have also mentioned that I'm buying a house this year, I got married last year and I'm planning to settle down. So I'm getting a credit card, to boost my credit record, to buy a house at a good interesst rate. I have app**** at my bank for a silly credit card with an average affordable balance ( I don't need it to be big, I hate the idea of having one of these cards), I only need to accept but I'd rather take one with FNB and I refuse to have two credit cards. I hate debt. My financial advisor advised me to get a credit card, transfer my salary into it monthly after deductions and then do my normal spend with it and earn rewards and leave the excess cash on it. This in turn will apparently boost my credit record. So this is the plan. I am keen with the plan, are you planning to get onboard FNB or must I rather buy a house through a bank that I don't want to be with? I already bought the car through them because at the time you were dragging your feet. You need to pick up your pace and fast. I don't know what's the hold up but please decline or accept my application fast, because so I know where I stand with FNB. I don't have this much time to waste, just remember I am actually eager to move over to FNB and you are preventing it with your delays.
