FNB taking people's money

I went to Engen Garage to pour petrol as i normally do on mondays. I take out my card and the petrol attendant swipes, i punch in the pin and i get an sms that R500.04 was taken out of my account. 15 minutes later i get another sms saying R500.04 was taken out of my account, i go online and check my balance and see that the transaction went off twice. I immediately call the ***** line at 06:28 am and the lady tells me i have to call transaction queries department at 08:00 because now they are not open! Talk about 24 hours service! She says the problem is with the swiping machine and they will reverse my money. I call again at 08:08 and a lady by the name of Chenabe tells me there is nothing they can do, i have to fill in a form and the query will be resolved withing 5 - 7 working days. I was so furious i wanted to cancel my account right then and there. How can you take my money and tell me you will return it after 7 days? what am i supposed to do until then? After I get my money I'm cancelling my account with emmediate effect!
