FNB taking over R200 per month from me for an unused account

On 14 August 2020 I went to FNB Megacity in order to close my overdraft account of which I am charged R219.00 per month but have not used for a few years as I am under administration. I settled the outstanding amount of R1330.55 on 25 July 2020 and had a zero balance after being charged R219.00 monthly account fee and R80.33 interest. I AGAIN settled the outstanding amount of R299.33 on 14 August 2020 that accumulated because of monthly account fee and interest. I then went to FNB Megacity in order to close the account as FNB is charging me for something I thought was settled after complaining on Hellopeter a bit over a month ago. The lady was very helpful but was unable to close my account due to my risk assessment or something of that like. The same lady phoned me on 17 August 2020 to inform me that my risk assessment has still not been amended. She phoned me again on 22 August 2020 with the same issue. Today 26 August 2020 I receive an SMS from FNB that my account is overdrawn. FNB AGAIN charged me R219.00 account fee and R 1.57 interest. I transferred the R220.57 into the cheque account to settle it once again. And so FNB will continue making over R200.00 from me every month for a service I don't use. I don't blame the lady as she was very kind and helpful, but FNB has weird systems which is not functional and the public has to pay for their incompetence.

Shame on you FNB for charching me for an account that I could not close because of your limits.

PS... I hope I will be able to get it sorted now as FNB seems to jump when you complain on Hellopeter, but I am not holding my breath...
