FNB taking over 2 months to close account

I’ve been trying to close my Personal cheque account since April 2020 and every month they continue charging monthly account fees. Now they Expect me to pay it before they can close my account. Please close my account immediately and reverse your charges. I went to the branch and up to today never even bothered to phone me or give me progress on my request.
