When I first spoke to my WONDERFUL TEAM OF BANKERS on the app, I got told that oh yes, you pay a fixed monthly fee AND all other fees. I moved banks because of it being the same monthly fee, to my regret. Now you honor my payments, which you also don't mention when you open an account with you.

And now I see on Hello Peter how many people you drag into this. I was so embarrassed this month when I wanted to pay for something and couldn't. my bank was in MINUS R1000, because of you. Because you HONOR transactions instead of declining them. I couldn't even pay all my debit orders.
