FNB taking more than 24 hrs to Credit my FNB Account and no valid explanation is given.

I was with a colleague yesterday in Pretoria, and my colleague transferred a certain amount (R 12 000) to my FNB bank account. this transaction was a FNB to FNB account and it was done around 5-6 pm. More-so, the money was to be used urgently to sort out emergency issues. Today is a new day and i still do not have the money yet in my account and i have called the bank, no one can give me a tangible reason as to why i don't have the money. Also this is way over 24 hrs and no one is saying anything. This is totally unacceptable!! you don't hold back on people's funds for no reason..

The transaction was from a *** account to a *** account.
