FNB taking money without consent

I am so disgusted with FNB in 2013 fnb handed my student loan I took for my sister to their lawyers groenewald this company debits 700 faithfully every month from sisters account and they send an email saying thank you for payment. Today FNB takes 1500 out my account and says we behind with payments. I phone the lawyers groenewald they are very confused as why FNB did this because they are receiving<br> I payment they say. They said they have emailed FNB to give back my money I want my money back ASAP FNB has no right to do this no one gave them permission.
