FNB taking money when you swipe and then it goes to PENDING and subtracted again

FNB FNB FNB, charging me R499 n month for an account. I did some research and took printscreens of the following. So when I buy something I get an SMS stating the money is paid and its also subtracted from my account..... Then 5 days later you will notice its in the PENDING schedule payments and goes off again and SUBTRACTING again the money. THEN all of a sudden the statements is corrected in such a way that you think you are dumb. I have spoken to many many many people who are having the same issue. I am doing an audit on my own account. Yesterday there was R2680 rand in the account left for a R2500 debit order, this morning they took pending credits that was taken previously and subtracted from total but only took R345 and two R20 account payments but now there is only R930 left and the statements has changed. I transfers now a nother R2000 to this account for the debit order to go off. cant wait to pay off my last few credits from fnb. Im a private wealth and haven't got one call from a private banker in 10 years.I am using other banks to transfer my money in and its way better experience with no false pending credits, if the money is subtracted and a sms is received its off, not like fnb going to pending and subtracting again. IM DONE WITH THIS BANK
