Fnb taking money when im under debt review

I'm currently under debt review,Fnb was informed about this and even given the details of my debt counselor,i had a loan with fnb but because of my financial situation i had to go under debt review,as per my debt counselor i had to cancel all debit orders with fnb as the No More Debt will handle all from now on,as per law fnb should not be allowed to touch any of your money when you are under debt review as a court has instructed so,they never contacted no more debt to ask for payment but on the 30/03/2015 no more debt made a payment to them but on the 28/03/2015 they deducted R1293.52 from my account because fnb decided by themselves that im not under debt review because they did not call my debt counselor to confirm any details even after No More Debt informed them that im under debt review,this is blatant ******* and against law,im going to complain to the ombudsman as-well and if i can take this further ill get legal advise and get what i deserve because for someone like fnb to ignore law,we tried calling them because its been more than 48 hours since we gave them the proof of payment and for them to reverse the money they took but godfrey is not at his desk nor does he call us
