FNB- Taking money out of my account once again!!!!

I have made arrangements with FNB time and time again and they insist on taking money from my account without my consent. I have now had enough of this!! It is absolutely ridiculous that they will refuse to communicate with me. Its Christmas time and I need every cent. I cant believe it- this is the fourth time that this has happened!!! I will ensure that this is taken up.
