FNB taking money out of my account and can't give me an explanation why.

Still waiting for my refund. Monthly account fee was charged more than 4 times on my account in July 2022 for a normal aspire account. Phoned in for them to do reversals up until today nothing happened. There are ridiculous fees going off my account and i don't know what it is for. Every time I phone in they say they will assist me on the refunds and nothing is happening. is this how you steel money from people just taking money out their accounts like you want to???? i want my money
