FNB taking money out my account and fail to refund after they confirmed it was there mistake

FNB and there personal bankers don't assist, FNB ran a debit order on my account for R 24 577,12 on the 01/07/2025 and then Double (R52 534,30) that amount the next month and then trippel (75 782,30) the amount the month after that, total amount deducted was R152 893,72., After 2 months of communications from my side I was able to get the second and third month payments back, till date with constant followups from my side nothing in response no one answers or reply on email, note that the debet orders that went off was NOT for my company but a totally deferent company that I have no affiliation with nor do I know the other company and this mistake was confirmed by FNB that it was a mistake on there end
