FNB taking money from my account for non-existent transactions

I am being bul**** by FNB charging fees for transactions that do not exist. I was debited R470 apparently for 4 transactions that were paid with no funds on the 31/01/2025. I did not at all transaction 4 time with no money in my account. This is a false claim by FNB just to ****** money out of me. Can this be investigated please. To add insult to injury another amount of R194.24 was debited on my account also on the 1/02/2025 for 'service fees'. I do not understand what service is that as I also paid the monthly account fees. I need my money back.
