FNB taking money from my account

There is a debit that went through on my cheque account on 31 August 2022 that I am not aware of. The transaction description reads "Pmt Honfee" and the funny thing is there are no contact details in the customer service information section. Please I would like to be refunded my money back as I am not fami**** with this transaction or debit. The amount that was debited is R 200.00
