FNB taking money for nothing

I am getting really annoyed with FNB. I've been a customer for 10 years! There are no debit orders that are supposed to go off now! Yes I was charged R90 fee for ITEM PAID NO FUNDS!!!! EXPLAIN to me what this was supposed to be for. I have nothing that is supposed to be going off at this time of the month. I feel like switching banks
