Fnb taking money

I had a terrible experience of transferring money from my fnb account to a different bank . It is Thursday today and still the money isn't reflecting . What is worse fnb doesnt see how they inconvenience me . Nothing has been resolved and I still don't have any money . I'm definitely changing banks . All they say is that the money has been transferred... but where is the money fnb ?
