FNB taking long to refund dispute made on my account

I disputed 3 amounts that went off my account. I misplaced my card and found it again and noticed someone used my card details on their bolt app and disputed these amounts last week but I haven't received a response from FN . The three amounts are from the 24th and 31 August the amounts are R244.69, R241.90 and R69.45. I spoke to some Wednesday and she told me someone would get back to me today but no one has given me any feedback
