FNB Taking incompetence to an art level

Congratulations FNB,you have managed to take incompetence to an art level
I needed to pay an account using my FNB card, which I have done countless times with no problem
I went into FNB Centurion to pay.
I stood in the queue for a few minutes, before a teller was available.
I explained what I wanted and gave them the account details.
I then filled in all the necessary forms and had my finger prints taken.
They took about 6 minutes to confirm my signature on the system.
I again confirmed that this was a once off payment.
After another about 5 minutes I was told that before I could pay using my card I had to link the account to the card.
I explained that I had done similar payments many times before and had never had a problem.
They told me that this is now a requirement and I had to go to customer relations to have them linked.
I now had wasted at least 15 minutes.
I walked through to the customer care section, bearing in mind that it is a Tuesday morning at 10:00, mid month, which is not a
particularly busy time for the banks.
There were lines of frustrated people waiting
I was given a ticket that stated that I would have to wait at least 26 mins to be served
Goodbye FNB
