FNB TAKING FOREVER TO OPEN A BUSINESS ACCOUNT

I app**** to open a business account on the 10TH Jan 2022. Up until this moment i am still waiting for the account to be active!! This is unacceptable! All documents were submitted and when i call to enquire, i hear the same response "it is with the quality assurance team". REALLY????

Come on FNB, i never knew you guys were so slack!!
