FNB taking every cent from the little guy
Im a private client. Vodacom ********ly debit my account. R64
I logged on to dispute this. and now FNB charges you R5 to log a dispute. Money was taken out of my account ********ly. Why should i pay for this??????????
This big corporation is taking form the little guy every chance they get.

22 Jul 2020, 05:40A lady phoned me early morning the next business day to listen to my complaint.
She agreed with me that it unreasonable to to charge me a fee if my account was debits ********ly.
She explained to me that only if the debit order is older that 30-60 can you be charged.
I reversed the ********ly transaction the same day.
I am still awaiting the refund. Its almost 3 weeks
