FNB taking available funds from accounts

FNB, without communication or policy update, deducted my SARS money paid out, from my account. I had to phone around and try and make sense of money missing, only to be informed that this is now a new thing between FNB and SARS and that all payouts be verified with SARS before released. Problem is, the money was paid by SARS and showed as available for 24 hours, then was taken out by FNB without consent. Commitment made that this will be back in account within 48 hours. 80 Hours later, funds are still missing.
