FNB TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE ELDERLY

The consultant at the Rustenburg Branch of FNB activated a revolving loan on my retired mother's account even after she told him that she does not want it. He made her believe that she does not have the option to decline because she qualifies for the loan. He did not explain what having this facility on her profile would cost her. This is blatantly taking advantage of the elderly. THIS IS DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR FROM FNB. I am going with my mother to try and cancel this today, i do not expect this to be an easy process. If FNB is honorable they will cancel this load she did not want and did not ask for and made her wishes clear to the consultant and they will refund her all the charges relating to this matter.
